Shipping
All orders are shipped by USPS First Class Mail, with the exception of larger orders over 13oz., which are shipped by USPS Parcel Post. Items are shipped within 5-10 business days from when your order is placed unless otherwise notified.
A USPS delivery confirmation tracking number will be emailed to you by PayPal on the day your order ships from our studio, however allow the following business day for your package and online tracking number to process through the USPS system. For orders shipping within the United States, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery after you receive shipping notification; For orders shipping internationally, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery after you receive shipping notification.
Our posters are shipped rolled inside square, corrugated cardboard mailing tubes. Each tube is lined with a plastic poly bag for added protection during shipping and storage. Orders of multiple posters and poster sets that require multiple mailing tubes may be bundled in a larger shipping box or wrapped in shipping paper to keep the shipment as one package. All packages are marked "Local Paper Studio".

Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your order please email us to let us know and return your items within 30 days of purchase, in the original packaging and condition, and we will gladly refund or exchange your purchase. We cannot refund shipping & handling costs.

We use PayPal to securely process all payments, however you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. If you have a PayPal account you may use it or you can check out using your credit card without a PayPal account.
Orders delivering within New York State are subject to sales tax.
